Returns/Replacement/Refund Policy

Product once sold cannot be returned OR exchanged. We do not refund in ANY case.

Delivery / Shipping

We do not have shipping facility. Customer will have to visit personally our store in Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Dimensions / Colour / Material / Pricing

Product attributes such as colour, metal purity, metal weight have been mentioned wherever applicable. Please feel free to reach us to confirm the same before placing an order. No product will be exchanged/replaced on this basis. If you are not sure about the colour feel free to call us and confirm it. No product will be replaced on this basis. If you do not like the product and or it is bigger/smaller/heavier than you thought we do not exchange it.

Cancellation

An order cannot be cancelled once the payment is complete

Material used for jewellery, Guarantee / Warranty

We do not give any guarantee/warranty for breaking of any jewellery or falling out of any stone from jewellery. All our gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked and as per the purity standards set by BIS. We use best quality raw material that is allergy free. However, if you are allergic to non-gold jewellery we do not hold any responsibility to any kind of damage.
